Meat: RATTLE SNAKE. Grilled.
Sides: Stuffing.

It was tasty and reminiscent of both chicken and fish. It was difficult to eat, because of all the bones, and there wasn't a lot of meat for the price. Next time, I'll try boiling it and then pulling the meat off, like boiled chicken. That way, it would be easy to put into Chili or on-top of Nachos.

Previous Rattle-snake Experience: None.

Meat: BUFFALO. Grilled.
Meat: YAK. Grilled.
Sides: Grilled Potatoes & grilled bread.

I accidentally over-cooked them (especially the yak), but both were still pretty good. The Buffalo tasted similar to beef, as always, The Yak tasted like a Roast. But my potatoes stole the show.

Previous Buffalo Experience: Plenty.
Previous Yak Experience: None.

Meat: WILD BOAR Sausages (with Cherries). Grilled.
Served on a toasted bun with spicy brown mustard and sweet relish.
Sides: Fries.

Awesome. Despite being super greasy, these were delicious.
(Later, I pan-fried the last one and served in the same way, except sliced open and placed on a burger-bun. It was still awesome).

Previous Boar Experience: Rancid Jerky from Cabela's. My grilled sausages were much better.

Meat: BUFFALO Hot Dogs. Grilled.
Served on a toasted bun with spicy brown mustard and sweet relish.

Best hot dogs ever ... but still not that great. They were hot dogs, after all.

Meat: Salt-water EEL. Toasted.

Unfortunately, these did not turn out nearly as good as the ones at the Sushi place.

Previous Eel Experience: LOTS. It is my favorite type of Sushi (although I prefer river eel to salt-water eel).

Meat: Ground ELK. Grilled as a loaf.
Topped with a trio of sauces: Rhino Hot Sauce, Sweet and Spicy BBQ, and Spicy Brown Mustard.
Sides: Tomato Bisque.

This turned out very meaty, but unfortunately got a little cold while I cleaned up the exploded soup in the Microwave. Nonetheless, very enjoyable. As usual, the flavor falls somewhere between beef and venison, but doesn't really taste too much like either.

Previous Elk Experience: Some. I have had Elk Steaks and Elk Sausages a few times.

Meat: Cajun ALLIGATOR Jerky.
Eaten as a snack.

It was rubbery and tough to eat. Tasted better than other Alligator I have tried, but still reminded me of clams. And chicken.

Previous Gator Experience: Some. I have eaten fried Gator at the Wyandotte Street Fair a number of times.

Meat: Black Pepper Garlic BUFFALO Jerky.
Eaten as a snack.

This was great. One of the best Jerkies I ever tried.

Meat: Grilled RABBIT. Seasoned with black pepper, salt, juniper berry, mustard, turbinado, garlic, onion, and savory.
Sides: cheesy, bacon, potatoes and toasted pita.

This was excellent. Of course, rabbit usually is.

Previous Rabbit Experience: Lots. Grilled, baked, curried ...
